South Burnaby Lawn Bowls Club is a SCENT-FREE VENUE ... Please refrain from wearing scented perfumes, hairsprays, colognes or aftershaves.

LOCATION:

The Clubhouse is situated in beautiful Central Park in the 4000 block area of Kingsway at Inman Avenue.    There is ample free parking and only a 5 minute walk from the Patterson skytrain station.

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE IN THE BUILDING OR ON THE GROUNDS.

CLUBHOUSE:

This is a large room which can be used for meetings, receptions or parties.  The room will hold a maximum of 100 people.   With tables set up, the room can hold 88 people.   Cloakroom space available.

​

The room has 14 tables, 100 chairs, and each table will sit up to 8 people.   Glasses, dishes and cutlery to be supplied by client.  The room can be set up earlier if available.

​

Separate washrooms for men and women and handicapped washroom.

KITCHEN:

 

The facility offers a large kitchen area with stove and fridge.   The kitchen has a window to the main room for service and can be opened if required.

Clubhouse only ...
        Half Day rental ..  $250.00    Full Day rental ..  $450.00
        Full Day & Evening rental ..  $550.00


PLEASE NOTE:

If alcohol is to be served, a liquor licence is required and needs to be
obtained by the client from the BC Liquor Control and Licensing Branch.   A copy of the licence must be sent to SBLBC contact at least 24 hours before the function.   Designated person in charge is required to hold a valid "safe to serve" permit.

A Special Events Insurance policy obtained by the renter naming South Burnaby Lawn Bowls Club and the City of Burnaby as additional insured.
